Delivery costs will vary depending on the combine insurance value of your artworks and the destination of your delivery.
The total of your order reflects the price of the artwork ordered and a shipping fee, which includes handling and packing to the highest fine art professional standards and postage. Insurance is automatically included in the fee and covers transit. We use professional carriers such as UPS, DHL, FedEx as well as fine art handling companies.

All packages must be accepted and signed for upon delivery.
Please allow 2 to 3 business days for us to process your order and provide you with an estimated delivery date and related useful information. Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 4 weeks but can also be shipped within a week. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a text message and email confirmation including a tracking number.

We work closely with our shipping partners to minimise the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.
We aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected. It is worth noting that in some countries customs clearings can delay deliveries and that remote locations, severe weather or natural disasters may also potentially delay the specified shipping timeframe.
Orders from outside the European Union (EU)
Please be aware that any orders placed from outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to duty, tax or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation — these charges have to be paid by the buyer. The Buyer is responsible for the payment of duty, tax or customs tariffs for deliveries outside the European Union (EU). Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Shipping your return
Please inform us per email with your order number you would like to return your artwork so that we can organise the return shipping for you. On the return form provided with your order, please indicate the reason for your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the buyer. When your refund is approved (see below), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Rest Of World
Countries outside the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (member countries of the European Union as well as Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein) and Switzerland are not eligible for a refund; orders are considered final sale and not returnable.
Please check the packaging before delivery acceptance.
Inform us as soon as possible your order arrived damaged but no later than 14 calendar days since the delivery was accepted.
We will ask you to send us images of the damaged artwork(s) and of the packaging for insurance purposes. In any case, keep the original packaging.
We will then organise a replacement swiftly.

Please read the print handling instructions provided with your artwork and handle it very carefully as print are fragile and easily subject to damage such as scratches, tears, creases or stains (we deliver our print with Lenscloud handling gloves).
